Griffith: What Will it Take to Create One More Job?

Congressman Morgan Griffith (R-VA) issued the following statement today announcing the launch of his "One More Job" initiative:

"What will it take to create one more job? With unemployment hovering around 9 percent, jobs continue to be the number one concern in the Ninth District and across the nation. It is clear that if we are going to rebuild America's economy, creating jobs must remain a top priority.

"I have found that the best ideas often come from constituents. Today my office sent letters to numerous local businesses asking them for their input on what can be done to help create just one more job. Is there a federal regulation in the way? Or can something in the tax code be made more fair? What can we do to make our businesses more competitive?

"So, what will it take to create one more job? If every business in America hired just one more employee, the impact would be tremendous. Whether you own a business or just have a good idea, I look forward to hearing from you on how we can get America's economy moving again."
