AUTHORITY FOR COMMITTEES TO MEET

COMMITTEE ON FOREIGN RELATIONS

Mr. CORNYN. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the Committee on Foreign Relations be authorized to meet during the session of the Senate on Friday, September 24, 2004 at 9:30 a.m. to hold a hearing on the Dutch Tax Treaty.

SUBCOMMITTEE ON FISHERIES, WILDLIFE, AND WATER

Mr. CORNYN. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the Subcommittee on Fisheries, Wildlife, and Water be authorized to meet on Friday, September 24, 2004 at 9 a.m. to conduct an oversight hearing to review State and private programs for sage grouse conservation.

The hearing will be held in SD 406.
