Moore Statement Regarding Iraq Troop Withdrawl

Today Congresswoman Gwen Moore made the following statement about the withdrawl of troops from Iraq.
"I applaud the President on this announcement and I honor our men and women in uniform who have given so much to our country and to the Iraqi people. I remember with great sadness the 31,000 wounded Americans and 4,400 who lost their lives in Iraq. Iraq's democracy and future will now fully and finally belong in the hands of those who really controlled it all along -- the Iraqi people and their leaders -- not our military."
