UNANIMOUS CONSENT AGREEMENT-EXECUTIVE CALENDAR

Mr. McCONNELL. Mr. President, as in executive session, I ask unanimous consent that on Wednesday, immediately following morning business, the Senate proceed to executive session to consider the following nomination on today's Executive Calendar:

PORTER GOSS to be Director of Central Intelligence.

I further ask unanimous consent that there be 6 hours of debate, equally divided between the chairman and vice chairman or their designees; provided further that upon the use or yielding back of that time, the Senate proceed to a vote on the confirmation of the nomination; further, that following the vote, the President be immediately notified of the Senate's action, and the Senate then return to legislative session.
