Today U.S. Senator John Cornyn (R-Texas) issued the following statement in advance of President Obama's trip to Texas:
"More failed stimulus spending is not the answer to putting Americans back to work. Instead, the White House should get its boot off the neck of job creators by eliminating uncertainty in the marketplace and lifting the onerous regulatory burden on business.
"Rather than lecturing Texans on how to create jobs, the President should learn from the Texas experience."
