Womack Responds to Passage of Short Term CR

Early Friday morning the House passed a short-term Continuing Resolution (CR) which will fund the government through November 18.

Congressman Steve Womack released the following statement regarding the vote:

"The CR approved was consistent with the Budget Control Act and funds disaster relief with a reasonable and responsible offset necessary for a nation suffering under a crushing debt."
