Issues: Elections

With two debates left, and early voting starting this week we're going strong. We've had positive feedback from some well respected political analysts, a new poll shows your support for my campaign and the polls are set to open for early voting this weekend.

Last week after the first debate, I received some positive feedback from two well respected political analysts.

Fred Lokken, a political science professor at Truckee Meadows Community college and a registered non partisan voter said:

Amodei came off as intelligent, thoughtful, articulate and looking congressional. Marshall didn't,"

Eric Herzik, chairmain of the political science department at the University of Nevada, Reno, who was part of the panel at the debate, also added his praise:

"I went back and looked at it, and I don't think Marshall comes off very well to the public, She comes off, well, as stern, particularly compared to Amodei. He is able to make jokes and has real contact with all parts of the room, the audience, with other candidates, with the panel asking questions."

There are two more debates coming up this week. "Face to Face" with Jon Ralson will air a two-part debate tonight and tomorrow night and the final debate, co-sponsored by the Reno Gazette Journal, KNPB Channel 5 and KUNR radio, will take place Thursday night.

Having you stand with me has allowed me to tell voters the truth - I will be an independent and conservative voice for Nevada families and will stand up against the tax and spend culture of Washington.

This message is taking hold with the people of Nevada. Last week a poll was released that shows us ahead 48% - 35%! If you'd like to know more about the poll results from American's for Prosperity, you can click here.

Early voting starts this Saturday. To find out where your polling place is located, visit the Voter Center on my website.
