Miami, FL - As Hurricane Charley crosses Florida, Congressman Mario Diaz-Balart (R-FL) expressed his sympathy toward those caught in the fury of the storm.
"Having lived through the devastation of Hurricane Andrew, my thoughts and prayers go out to those receiving the brunt of this major hurricane," Congressman Diaz-Balart said.
"I will start working with Governor Jeb Bush and President George W. Bush to ensure that those who need hurricane relief receive all the possible federal assistance immediately," Congressman Diaz-Balart concluded.
