"The Third District and the rest of the state saw a series of severe thunderstorms which produced tornadoes, hail and flash flooding. These storms damaged businesses, destroyed homes and took lives. But in every case, Arkansans showed what they're made of--resilience and determination. From the First District to the Fourth, we are all Arkansans and our thoughts and prayers are with everyone affected."
