"Teachers are the frontline of our future. They help shape and mold our most valuable resources, our children. Today, I would like to recognize all of the amazing, hardworking teachers, who dedicate themselves to the betterment of their students, and in turn our great nation. No single day, week, or month is enough to capture all the hard work and wonderful things that teachers do on a daily basis. It is crucial for teachers to be compassionate, social, serious, empathetic, observant, and friendly to provide the services students need to grow. A teacher plays an extraordinary role in a child's life. I thank all the hardworking teachers of New York and America for their service, and look forward to working with them to strengthen the future of our children and our great nation."
