U.S. Congressman Paul Gosar, DDS (AZ-01) on the Appeals Court ruling upholding the Department of Justice's challenge of Arizona's immigration law:

"I am disappointed that rather than enforcing the laws on the books, the federal government is wasting time and resources suing the state of Arizona. The federal government is supposed to defend and protect the people of Arizona; rather, they are ignoring their duty to secure our border. Enough is enough- it is time for the Administration to be a leader and step up to the plate and defend the people of Arizona."
