Capito Responds To Latest Jobs Report

Statement

Congresswoman Shelley Moore Capito, R-W.Va., issued the following statement regarding the latest employment numbers released by the U.S. Department of Labor:

"The latest job numbers show that we're moving in the right direction, but we still have a lot of work to do in order to get millions of Americans working again. In order to get our economy back on track now and in the long-term, we must remove barriers to job growth and give job creators more certainty to expand and hire. That means cutting spending, lowering our debt and deficit and curtailing burdensome, unnecessary regulations."

Capito is a member of the Economic Recovery Working Group.
