Congressman Marlin Stutzman (IN-03) signed onto Congressman Walsh and Crowley's bipartisan letter to Secretary of State Clinton about the pending action of the United Nations Security Council against Israel. These actions by the UNSC have come from back door deals that are designed to destabilize the strategic interests of an ally of the United States.
"I and the over one hundred other co-signers of this letter believe that the United States should veto this action." Stutzman stated "Israel has continued to work towards peace with her neighbors. This administration should not take actions to harm directly or indirectly an ally. The UN should not pressure Israel on the "settlements' issue. This issue should be negotiated directly between Israel and the Palestinians."
A copy of the letter is attached.
