'Encouraging' Jobs Report, But Work Still Needed

Congressman Tim Griffin (AR-02) today issued the following statement regarding employment figures released today by the Department of Labor:
"Today's numbers are encouraging but illustrate that we must do more to assist private sector job creation for the millions of Americans who can't find work. The House has passed measures to get our budget under control and curtail the overly burdensome regulations that hamper job creators, and this will continue to be our focus. I hope our friends in the Senate, as well as President Obama, will join us in our efforts on behalf of American workers who will lead our nation back to prosperity."
