Senator Rand Paul (Ky.) released the following statement today regarding a ruling in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Florida that the job-killing health care law, the Health Care and Education Reconciliation Act of 2010--otherwise known as Obamacare, is "unconstitutional":
"It is highly encouraging to see the judge in this case properly ruling that the government takeover of health care is unconstitutional," Sen. Paul said today. "I look forward to taking up the fight in the Senate to seek an end to this misguided big-government solution to an issue better addressed in the free market."
