One of the top issues that concerns America's families is rising gas prices. Gas prices have risen by 72 cents a gallon since the beginning of the year. American ingenuity can be put to work to achieve energy independence from Middle East oil in the next 10 years. America can develop emerging technologies to process homegrown alternative fuels.
