Kirkpatrick's Voting Record Favors Amnesty, Less Funding for Border Security

Yesterday, Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano announced that Border Patrol arrests dropped by 17% from October 2009 -- September 2010. Meanwhile, drug cartels have been intensifying their efforts along the border and violence has continued to spill over into Arizona and beyond. The federal government continues to burden Arizona with lawsuits and lack of resources, leaving the state no choice but to tackle the problem head on. As a supporter of SB 1070, Dr. Paul Gosar continues to fight for secure borders and against the pro-amnesty policies that liberals like Ann Kirkpatrick have championed.

"The federal government is completely out-of-touch with the problems along the border," said Dr. Paul Gosar. "I don't know one Arizonan who would be happy to announce there was a decline in arrests of illegal immigrants over the past year. From unfunded mandates to burdensome lawsuits, the government has failed the people of Arizona."

Liberal Ann Kirkpatrick's voting record stands in stark contrast with the people of Arizona. She does not support SB 1070 and refuses to donate the $10,000 she has accepted from SEIU, the leader of the boycott against Arizona. She will do or say anything on the campaign trail to cover up her record, but the facts don't lie.
