SF1274 REALIGNMENT OF MINNESOTA 'S STATE TAX SYSTEMS

Minnesota needs to realign its state tax system. There have been a number of reports presented to the Senate Tax Committee from tax and budget study commissions this session. I have used the principles outlined in them in developing this tax proposal (SF1274). It is revenue neutral, that is, it does not raise the overall level of state taxes in Minnesota.
