During the last legislative session, the legislature raised taxes and fees by over $5 billion. Some of them were large, like the corporate tax that is driving Harley-Davidson out of the state, and some were small, like raising the boat registration fee by a few dollars. But through "nickel and dime-ing" Wisconsin residents, we have become a state with cash-strapped residents who are unable to pump money back into our struggling state economy.
* Help small businesses by repealing the new top income bracket
* Repeal the "Harley Tax" which is driving businesses out of the state
* Keep property taxes down by restoring cuts to school & municipal aid payments
* Require a countywide voter referendum before creating or raising a countywide sales tax rates
