Issue Position

The Hoan Bridge is a vital link between southern Milwaukee, the south suburbs and downtown. Keeping this bridge safe and roadworthy has to be a high priority. Chris Larson is a co-founder of the Coalition to Save the Hoan Bridge, which has over 8,000 members. This Coalition was successful in persuading the state to begin repaving the bridge, a project that will start in October. As your state senator, Chris will fight to complete all of the repairs needed to maintain the Hoan Bridge, especially focused on re-decking the bridge so that we won't need to rely on nets underneath to catch debris.
