Stephen And Kimball Campaign At Rochester Fair

John Stephen, Republican nominee for Governor, joined fellow gubernatorial candidate Jack Kimball Sunday to campaign at the Rochester Fair. The two met with numerous voters and vendors, discussing ways to help improve the state's economy.

"I'm thrilled to have Jack Kimball helping me reach out to the concerned citizens and the small business community," Stephen remarked. "He has a wealth of experience from building a company from ground up. His insight will be enormously beneficial as we contrast our vision of growing economic prosperity through limited government and lower taxes against Governor Lynch's record of hiking job-killing taxes to expand government. It's great to be working on the same team."

Kimball will work with Stephen to coordinate small business roundtables across the state to raise awareness to important issues facing that community that are acting as a barrier to growth. They will listen to find ideas for ways to stimulate job and economic development.

"I'm looking forward to working closely with John Stephen to make sure that small business issues remain in the forefront on this race for governor," Kimball said. "John and I both know that having the highest business tax rate in the nation is a recipe to smother job growth and economic prosperity. New Hampshire needs a leader who knows that we need to be creative and innovative to get our economy moving again by reducing the burden on small business - not more tax increases to pay for bloated spending."
