The National Healthcare Reform Act will be devastating to Arizona.
I voted for the Arizona Healthcare Freedom Act that will be on the ballot 2010. This will protect our citizens and prevent them from being forced them into a Federal program.
Rural Arizona is struggling to maintain its health care needs. This national nightmare has been decades in the making and has no easy fast fix solution. Lawsuits, government regulations and laws that have impacted healthcare facilities and health practitioners have helped create some of the problem. Some good old market competition for health insurance companies could help if government would stop regulating this industry. Arizona needs to open up access to health insurance companies across the country. We need to allow our citizens to own medical savings accounts and catastrophic insurance.
Fees and payments to rural doctors should be the same Statewide.
