I will continue to work against Cap and Trade Tax.
(Cap means regulating the output of CO2 on businesses. To exceed the Cap they buy a Trade then pass on the cost to the consumer.)

Energy is the foundation of our economy. Everything, produced, manufactured or delivered has an energy component. Our standard of living depends upon energy. .
Our energy crisis is caused by too much government interference and regulation in the developing and producing of energy sources.
We need to start immediately produce our own oil, natural gas and coal, and build new oil refineries.
Rural Arizona is harder hit by the increase in gas and electricity prices. We live on lower income per capita than our urban neighbors and have more miles to travel for work.

The Global Warming advocates are now gearing up to use this issue as a way to pass more laws and regulations on the American people. As a State Legislator I will not support any legislation that is driven by this myth.
