Senator Russ Fulcher knows that lower taxes encourage investment and growth. State government can help by working to find new export markets … and by building on the tremendous asset of the INL (Idaho National Laboratory) to expand inexpensive energy production. Russ has a proven record of voting to protect taxpayers. He co-sponsored the largest tax cut in Idaho history.
