Issue Position

Our borders need to be secure, and we need to adequately fund the agencies that provide our protection. Too many cuts have been made in these areas over the years, and they have left us vulnerable.

In addition, this country has now become more concerned about protecting rights of criminals, terrorists, and illegal aliens instead of its own citizens.

As we eliminate overlapping programs and government waste, we will funnel a portion of that money into new resources and technology that will keep our borders protected.
