Impose term limits in the House and Senate.
Scott believes the founding fathers did not intend for Congress to be a final landing place for career politicians. Being chosen to represent the American people in Washington is an honor. Serving as a member of the House of Representatives should only be about working for constituents according to the Constitution of the United States and not about fulfilling personal and political agendas.
