Education is a 10th Amendment issue, the federal government has no constitutional authority to interfere with or regulate the public and private sector educational system in our country ~ The control of the system must be kept at the local level ~ The fundamentals of Personal Finance, Basic Economics, Personal Responsibility, and Self Governance must be taught ~ Tort Reform - educators and administrators will be exempt from all civil litigation ~ Eliminate the Department of Education
