Issue Position

I remember all too well the steep rise in property taxes we faced a few years ago that shocked residents of the district. The property tax reform package supported by then-Representative Jim Buck took the first step in making property tax reform permanent for taxpayers.

I support taking the next step in property tax reform, putting the property tax caps in the State's Constitution and making reform permanent so homeowners can start planning for the future.
