* I will support efforts to create more competition in K-12 education in Indiana through charter schools, vouchers and tax credit programs to provide parents with more choices.
* I will work to create an education environment in Indiana where teachers are rewarded for their achievement in the classroom rather than their tenure in the profession.
* I will vote to direct more of our tax dollars to the classroom and less toward administration in public schools.
