RICHMOND - Governor Mark R. Warner issued the following statement today on Richmond Circuit Judge Theodore J. Markow's ruling with respect to SB 659:

"I am pleased that Judge Markow's injunction allows everyone to take a deep breath. We will continue to work with leaders of the legislature and others on this issue."
