Wicker: Statement on the Nominiation of James E. Graves, Jr. to U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit

U.S. Senator Roger Wicker today issued the following statement after President Obama nominated James E. Graves, Jr. to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit:
"During his tenure on the Mississippi Supreme Court Justice James Graves has been a diligent and capable jurist." Wicker said. "I am hopeful the Senate will act on his nomination soon."
