REDUCE TAXES AND CONTROL SPENDING

Allowing working people to keep more of their earnings will create growth, opportunity and jobs.

-Adopt zero-based budgeting.

-Enact spending caps legislation to limit the increase in state spending to the rate of population growth and inflation.

-Lower the tax burden on people and businesses.

-Privatize government operations where feasible.

-Require three-fifths vote for any future tax increase.
