Over thirty years ago President Carter created the Department of Energy that engulfed 50 agencies. The progressives at the time told the American people that if they didn't start conserving energy; it would soon be all used up! Fear tactics used on Americans! Shameful! We are still dependent on foreign oil!
We have so many resources under our land and waters that we should not be dependent on any other country!
