Q: How do you propose addressing the $1.4 trillion deficit and the $14 trillion debt? What would your position on earmarks be if elected?

A: Bring our troops home. Close loopholes that allow Exxon to pay nothing. Seize assets when Wall Street fraud is proven. I opposed earmarks. It's not that simple, however. If the U.S. must build a particular weapon system for example, and Nevada is the best place to build it because of the unique "test site," is that an earmark? No.
