Issue Position: Fair Business Regulations

Issue Position

I believe Iowa's business regulations should create a fair playing field for both management and labor. As a State Representative, I have ardently opposed recent proposals to eliminate Iowa's "Right to Work" law. A repeal of Iowa's Right to Work law would unfairly force non-union workers to pay union dues. As Governor, I will oppose such unfair business regulations.
