Pass Real Health Care Reform

We need real reform including small business pooling, tax incentives for small businesses that provide insurance, allow people to cross state lines to purchase health insurance, reform medical malpractice so that doctors are practicing medicine first -- not worrying about the defense attorney in the exam room.
