Mike Kelly believes that any immigration reform plan must begin with securing our borders, other aspects of immigration reform should only be considered once this basic federal government responsibility has been addressed. We have to reject the amnesty crowd's solution that has failed before and will fail again. Instead, we need to have a commitment to real reform.
