Fleming Supports Governor Jindal's Decision To Opt-Out Of ObamaCare Risk Pools
Representative John Fleming, M.D. released the following statement after Governor Bobby Jindal's decision not to participate in ObamaCare's temporary high risk pool:
"I commend Governor Jindal for his decision not to put Louisiana on the hook for yet another unfunded mandate. While I support the concept of high risk pools, this effort will thrust the burden onto the backs of Louisiana taxpayers, who have made it clear that they are sick and tired of carrying the water for an ever-expanding federal government."
