Health Bill Closes Corporate Loophole

According to an April 1 Reuters article, assertions made by Caterpillar and several other companies about charges related to health care reform actually refer to a tax loophole that has allowed corporations to accept tax free subsidies and then claim the same subsidies as tax write-offs. Health care reform legislation will close this loophole while expanding coverage and lowering costs for millions of Americans.
