U.S. Representative Martin Heinrich (NM-1) tonight released the following statement in reaction to President Obama's first State of the Union address.

"Despite the partisanship we've seen, President Obama appealed to us as Americans. He made clear that we must continue to support small businesses and provide much needed relief to working families. I am committed to doing all that I can to strengthen our economy, reduce the deficit, and create good jobs in New Mexico."
