Buchanan Seeks Input on Economy and Health Care
Congressman Vern Buchanan will hold a town hall meeting on the economy and health care in North Port on Saturday, July 11, 2009.
"There are a lot of important issues before Congress," said Buchanan. "Nothing is more important than getting our economy back on track and creating jobs. We are also expected to consider major health care reform legislation soon."
This is the sixth in a series of town meetings Buchanan has held throughout the district to give his constituents a chance to express their views on federal issues.
"I want to listen to the people and hear their ideas and suggestions," he said.
