Smith Statement on the Passing of Jack Kemp

Congressman Adrian Smith (R-NE) today issued the following statement on the passing of former Rep. Jack Kemp:

"Jack Kemp brought the same heart, drive and fire to the political arena as he did the football field. During his many years of public service, his forward thinking approach and broad vision helped shape our nation and his belief in the individual and the marketplace was unwavering. He counted leaders from the entire political spectrum among his friends and he will be missed," Smith said.
