Graves' Statement on the $819 Billion Spending Bill

U.S. Congressman Sam Graves issued the following statement regarding the $819 Billion dollar spending bill that passed the House today.

"This would be like a family, who has maxed out their credit cards, had their electricity shut off and car repossessed, taking out a loan to buy a lottery ticket.

You cannot be a fiscal conservative and vote for this bill. Not only do we not have a trillion dollars to spend, but we are gambling on a bill that does virtually nothing to create jobs."
