Issue Position

I support a policy of multiple land use and access to public lands. The people of Idaho who live off the land, such as farmers, ranchers, loggers, and miners, know how to manage our natural resources. They are conscientious stewards of the land because Idaho's future is dependent upon the survival of our natural resources.

As your Representative in Congress, I am working to promote these values. While some think we should be locked out of our public lands and denied access to our natural resources, I believe the need to protect our environment can be balanced with multiple land use and public access. As a public land user and a legislator, I remain committed to allowing all Idahoans access to public lands.
