Mr. SESSIONS, from the Committee on Rules, submitted a privileged report (Rept. No. 108-483) on the resolution (H. Res. 637) providing for consideration of the bill (H.R. 4275) to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, to permanently extend the 10-percent individual income tax rate bracket, which was referred to the House Calendar and ordered to be printed.
