Health care should be a right, not a privilege for the elite few or a financial obstacle for small businesses. Congressman Bishop believes that every American is entitled to access to affordable, high-quality health care. That's why he has fought for expanded prescription drug coverage under Medicare, relief for rural providers and beneficiaries, women's and children's health, full funding to address the global HIV/AIDS epidemic, expanded health screenings for all deployed troops, and greater funding for Cancer and other research.
