Congressman Bishop has been a strong supporter of safe communities during his 12 years in Congress. He is a leader in fighting for drug free workplaces and housing, elder justice, improved child support enforcement, the High Intensity Drug Trafficking Areas program, the National Youth Anti-Drug Media Campaign, Drug-Free Communities grants, and Counter Drug Technology. He has been a leader in recognizing and honoring our law enforcement and first responders, while fighting or greater employment pensions, benefits, and resources with which to get the job done.
