Jeff Crank Trumpets Family Values

Jeff Crank, Republican candidate for Congress in Colorado's 5th Congressional District, today touted the importance of family values as a part of daily like and governing.

"Lisa and I work every day to instill faith and strong values in our children," said Crank. "I think we need leaders in Washington who aren't afraid to do the same every day of the week, not just on Sunday. My message this week is about good priorities -- protecting life, traditional marriage and having the integrity to put your faith in the public square when it comes to being a leader," concluded Crank.

Crank, a former recipient of the Champion of Life award from the Life Network and 2006 spokesperson for the Colorado Marriage Amendment, said people are tired of politicians who will say and do anything to get elected. "I am running a different kind of campaign and will be a different kind of elected official," said Crank. "It's time we have leaders in Washington who we can trust to do the right thing and who are up front about their vision from the beginning."

In addition to this week's message, Crank recently announced his commitment to the Republican Study Committee's Principle Check Card and announced his intentions to use these principles to guide every vote he casts in Washington.
