Statement from Brett Guthrie Regarding London Announcement

In reaction to today's announcement from Daniel London, State Senator Brett Guthrie
has issued the following statement:

"I'm proud to have the support of my friend Daniel London. I look forward to working
with Daniel to build a strong coalition of support that will keep Kentucky's Second
District in conservative hands.

"Congressman Ron Lewis has been a consistent voice for conservative values in
Washington D.C. I intend to carry that message throughout this campaign, and those
principles with me to Congress. Like Ron Lewis, I will fight to lower taxes, create jobs,
protect our military families, veterans and the Ft. Knox community, lower the cost of
health care, and protect life.

"The Republican Party is now united in the critical task of holding this Congressional
seat. I am humbled by the support I have received and look forward to the campaign
ahead."
