Issue Position: Judges
As a matter of principle, judicial nominations should be treated the same regardless of which party controls the White House or the Senate. It is imperative that the Senate continue its 200 year old tradition of giving the President's judicial nominees a fair up or down vote. I believe that we should appoint judges to the federal bench who will abide by and apply the rule of law, instead of activist judges who try and create law.
